The Eaton 5SC 1000VA UPS is a powerful and compact power protection solution for small servers, network equipment and workstations. Thanks to the line-interactive design with buck/boost control and pure sine wave output, your equipment remains optimally protected against voltage fluctuations and unexpected failures. The UPS is easy to install in a standard 19-inch rack thanks to the 2U rack design.
The built-in LCD interface provides real-time insight into status, load, battery and settings. For remote monitoring and management, the unit is equipped with a USB port (HID compliant), RS?232 port, and potential-free contacts, supplemented by a mini-terminal for remote ON/OFF and RPO. An expansion slot supports optional network or relay cards.
Inside, the UPS contains two maintenance-free 12V/9Ah VRLA batteries, positioned at the front for easy replacement. Thanks to Eaton’s ABM® charging technology, the battery life is extended by up to 50% and deep discharges are actively prevented. An automatic battery self-test ensures maximum reliability.
