The Retrofit Reader is a sleek indoor and outdoor access reader that utilizes existing cabling in combination with the UniFi Retrofit Hub. Thanks to support for NFC cards, keyfobs, and mobile access via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, it is suitable for modern and flexible access solutions. The reader communicates securely via OSDP v2 over RS-485 and is easy to integrate into existing installations.

With an IP55 housing, the reader is resistant to dust and splashing water, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor mounting. Mounting is possible on the wall or hallway box using the included brackets. LED indicators, a built-in speaker, and TouchPass functionality ensure clear feedback to the user. Management is handled centrally via UniFi Access.
