The Eaton 5P Gen2 850VA Rack UPS offers high-end power protection in a compact 1U rack housing, ideal for servers and network equipment. Thanks to its advanced line-interactive topology with AVR (booster + fader), it automatically corrects mains voltage variations within 160–294V (adjustable to 150–294V), so that the battery only switches on in the event of a real failure. In the event of a power loss, it delivers a pure sine wave of 230V, which is essential for sensitive PFC equipment.
It has four measurable IEC C13 outputs, organized in two load segment groups that you can manage individually via the Brightlayer software or the graphic LCD display. Fusing power management and predictive battery maintenance come together thanks to hot-swappable VRLA batteries and Eaton's ABM+ battery management, extended even after 50% of their lifespan.
For management and monitoring, the unit is equipped with a graphical LCD display, USB (HID) and RS?232 port, a mini-terminal block (remote ON/OFF + RPO) and a SmartSlot for network or relay modules. This allows you to seamlessly integrate it into your IT infrastructure with advanced cloud or network solutions.
The design is designed to save energy and reduce operational costs: it operates whisper-quietly (<35dB), is only 43mm high, 438mm deep and weighs 13.7kg – perfect for a 19″ rack setup.
