The Eaton 5P Gen2 1150VA UPS (5P1150IG2) is a powerful, compact and energy-efficient tower UPS, designed for server and network equipment in office environments. Thanks to the line-interactive topology with AVR, it corrects mains voltage fluctuations within 160–294V (adjustable to 150–294V), so that the battery is only used during real outages. In the event of a power outage, it delivers a pure sine wave of 230V, essential for protecting sensitive PFC servers.
With an impressive capacity of 1150VA / 920W this UPS offers ample support for multiple devices. The enclosure is compact (150×345×233mm, 11kg), whisper-quiet (<35dB), and equipped with a multilingual graphic LCD display, which allows you to read data on load, runtime and battery status at a glance.
On the back are eight energy meter-switched IECC13 outputs, divided into two groups, plus an IECC14 input. You can connect multiple devices with one USB port (HID) and serial RS?232 port for power management and safe shutdowns, supported by Eaton’s Brightlayer software. In addition, there is space for an optional network or relay card for additional monitoring and security options.
Internally, two hot-swappable VRLA batteries (12V/9Ah) are integrated, managed via Eaton’s ABM+ technology for extended life, automatic self-testing and protection against deep discharge.
